Orange, gold, and purple carp weave through the ripples of the water as the moon rises in the distance. The fish are dancing with the light. At the edge of the pond frogs sing to this glorious evening.

One evening after giving our 3 year old son a bath, we went outside and sat by our pond to bask in the moonlight and listen to the singing frogs. The enchantment of the night inspired me to create this painting.
