| Did you know that there are flowers called sky flowers? They grow on Maui out in Wailea. They are beautiful, delicate flowers that hang down from trellises and blow in the soft, ocean breeze. I have seen the white sky flowers... and have recently found out about the “golden sky flower.” Its flowers are colored powder blue while the unopened buds are golden. Here, a butterfly gently perches on a golden sky flower as the morning awakens a new day. |
